Come and celebrate with Nick and Joe on Wednesday 26th July over at our neighbours in the railway arches, Signature Brew in Haggerston. LDS’s very own Nick and Joe will be drumming with their respective bands in a one night only special party to celebrate 10 years of providing the spaces for the drummers of East London to come and practice drums!
We just want to take this chance to thank you all for using the studios and keeping the place alive the last 10 years. It will be a good chance to meet up and say hi. Signature Brew make great beer on tap and we hope you enjoy the music too!
You can buy tickets on Dice on the link above, or you can buy tickets directly on our booking system as an “add-on” when booking a drum room.
20:00 Nick, a.k.a Chordsplitter, will perform an avant-garde solo show of synth drumming on a hybrid electro-acoustic drum kit with Sensory Percussion triggers and Ableton Live. This London debut performance will also celebrate the recent release of the debut self-titled Chordsplitter album. Follow on Instagram @chordsplittermusic.
21:00 Joe will perform with his trio The Language Of Love which combines modern RnB with improvised jazz-inspired instrumentals and blends the spirit of rhythmic playfulness of Dave Weckl’s solo work with the romantic sentiment of Alexander O’Neal & other Flyte Time artists. Key influences also include Ronnie laws, Thundercat, Dua lipa, Robert Glasper and Luther Vandross. Follow on instagram @the_language_of_love_band
