If renewal fails due to a change in card details e.g new card number or change of post code, click on the blue &#8220;Activate Subscription&#8221; button at the bottom of the cancellation email to enter the new card details and re-activate the membership.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">To end the membership all you need to do is cancel your card payment subscription online and the membership will finish at the end of the current billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after every membership payment and within the email is the option to &#8220;Manage Subscription&#8221;, you can click here to end your subscription. Alternatively you can just write at any time to contact@londondrumstudio.com and we can cancel it for you.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">You can reschedule your sessions online on the website. Sessions can be brought forwards up to 14 days and pushed backwards up to 14 days at a time. Rescheduling is free and can be done up to 6hrs in advance however all members benefit if rescheduling is not left last minute. If you miss this window of time you can make a &#8220;Late Reschedule&#8221; booking up to 0hrs in advance at an extra cost (see booking system for pricing). If you have cancelled a session but do not subsequently reschedule the session we cannot offer any refund or credit towards future membership payments. There are special dispensations for Holidays &#8211; see below.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Holidays<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">If you are going on holiday and need to manage your bookings remember to contact us in advance. We&#8217;ll  cancel your holiday sessions in advance and you can re-book them when you return as additional hours on top of your regular weekly sessions. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">These missed sessions cannot be reimbursed or offset against your next billing payment and must be used up during the next billing period or will be lost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">For longer holidays and extended breaks where this system may not be practical it may be more best to plan ahead and end the membership. You can always join back up again!<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Extras<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Members can book Extra Hours at any time at an extra cost (see booking system for pricing) and can be booked up to 14 days in advance. A small selection of Vic Firth drum sticks are also available for purchase.
